Postage and Returns

I post A5 and A4 prints flat in a card envelope and in a cello for protection. The A3 size ships in a card tube with removable plastic end caps.

I endeavour to post all orders within 1-2 days, Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays). Delivery is made by Royal Mail First Class Post but please allow up to 7 working days to receive your goods.

Unfortunatly I am unable to ship to countries other than the UK at this time.

I hope that you will love your goods but if for any reason you are unhappy with your products, please contact me on thehillheadgallery@gmail.com to arrange return. All items must be in original packaging, unused and within 14 days of date of purchase.

I will issue a refund once I have received the goods, however, any original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the items were received broken/spoiled.
